Learn everything you need to know to make the most of your time here. Our studio rules, cancellation policy, and waiver of liability are designed to keep things easy and stress-free for everyone. Take a quick look so you can feel confident and ready when you book your session!

COMMUNICATION

Representative signing this contract must be present for the entire duration of rental
Users must be 18 years or older to utilize the space independently. Younger participants must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during their visit.
Keep open communication with the host for any questions or concerns during your stay.
Inform the host of any additional guests or collaborators to ensure a smooth experience for all.
Adhere to booking times to allow a smooth transition for all users.

USE OF SPACE

The creation of any EXPLICIT CONTENT is not allowed in The Creative Spot, which includes but is not limited to the prohibition of any boudoir and all nudity or partial nudity, obscene language and obscene gestures within the Facility.
Be mindful of noise levels to maintain a conducive creative atmosphere for everyone.
Please feel free to use or move furniture. Please LIFT them up and carry them where ever you’re moving them to to prevent scratching on wooden floor. Handle all furniture and props with care to ensure longevity and functionality.
You are welcome to bring your own props and equipment to enhance your creative projects. Please ensure that all items are removed at the end of your session.
Prioritize safety by following all guidelines for equipment use and space occupancy.
Candle use is NOT allowed at the studio unless given special permission. Electric candles are okay as well as candles that will not be lit up.

PROHIBITED

No Alcohol, Drugs, or Smoking is prohibited inside the building or on property.
No pets allowed unless agreed to terms and conditions.

CLEANLINESS

NO SMOKE MACHINES, GLITTER OR CONFETTI. IF USED, A $150 CLEANING FEE WILL BE INVOICED.
Leave the space as you found it – tidy and organized for the next creators.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED THROUGH BOOKING SITE. EMAIL/CONTACT FORM WILL NOT GUARANTEE CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Use of Company's Premises and equipment is at Renter's risk. Renter hereby agrees that Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to Renter, their party or possessions while on the Premises. Renter holds harmless and indemnifies Company and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental. The Creative Spot is not responsible for any theft, injury, or other incidents of Renter or their party during the rental. If Renter or anyone in their party damages anything on premises whether structural, furniture, rental equipment, etc the Renter is responsible to pay for all damages.
